Dr. Felix Büchting (born in 1974) joined the KWS Group in 2016. He studied agrobiology at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim and agricultural sciences and molecular biology at Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, where he gained his doctorate in plant breeding.

Dr. Peter Hofmann (born in 1960) joined the KWS Group in Einbeck in 1994. Dr. Hofmann studied agronomy and phytomedicine at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim and gained his doctorate in the field of seed physiology.

Eva Kienle (born in 1967) has been with KWS since 2013. She completed her training as a bank clerk and studied business administration at the Universities of Reims (France) and Reutlingen, with a focus on financial controlling and international finance. She also earned an Executive MBA from the LSE, NYU and HEC (TRIUM) in 2014. Eva Kienle has some 25 years of experience in the areas of consumer goods, healthcare and retail.

Dr. Hagen Duenbostel (born 1970) has been Chief Executive Officer of KWS in Einbeck since January 2015. He laid the foundation for assuming such a position at an early stage in his professional career: After graduating with a degree in business management from the University of Passau in 1995, he gained his doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Göttingen.
