Dr. Jörn Andreas (born 1980) is CFO on the Executive Board of KWS since January 2025. He studied business administration at Leipzig Graduate School of Management and holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Jörn Andreas has over 20 years of professional experience in the sectors consumer goods, agribusiness and biotechnology and is an expert in corporate development and finance.

Nicolás Wielandt (born 1980) joined KWS in 2006. Mr. Wielandt studied agricultural science at the Pontificia University Católica, Santiago, Chile.

Dr. Felix Büchting (born 1974) studied agrobiology at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim and agricultural sciences and molecular biology at Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, where he gained his doctorate in plant breeding.

Sebastian Talg (born 1978) is a member of the KWS Executive Board since September 2025. He studied mechanical engineering with a focus on agricultural engineering. He has over 20 years of professional experience in agriculture and agricultural engineering.
