Throughout its 170-year history, KWS has managed to adapt and remain successful time and again. For me, the main reason is a distinctive mindset: KWS has never focused on maximizing short-term gains, but rather on long-term progress in plant breeding. That perspective, together with the conviction that we can only succeed if our customers do too, continues to shape the company to this day.
